- Case Management - Provides services for elderly, developmentally disabled, physically disabled and mentally ill individuals who are living independently in the community
- Home Care - Provides in-home assistance with activities of daily living
- Home Health - Provides skilled nursing care and other professional services to people in their homes
- Hospice - Provides end-of-life nursing care and support for terminally ill adults and children
- Pediatric Therapy Services - provides occupational therapy and sensory integration therapy to develop children's ability to perform everyday living activities by enhancing or restoring function that may have been lost due to trauma, disease, a congenital abnormality or a developmental disability.
- Private Duty Nursing - Provides contracted nursing care
